About

From the mid 2000s through 2015, I worked for a variety of institutions along with pursuing education that allowed me to speak with Echo Boomers and other generations. In a span of a decade, I enjoyed conversations with approximately 50,000 members of different American generations, about one-third of these being Echo Boomers. For both school projects and some institutions, some of this work required gathering and understanding customer behavior. I gained the added benefit of learning how to get information patterns overall without collecting any individual detail.

At one point, I started a "Millennial pool" project that used social media, but noted quickly how inaccurate social media data were. To this day, I still prefer in-person communication, though recognize how some situations require technology.

From these observed patterns, I predicted what some readers now see on The Echo Boom Bomb. During this time, I also noticed how bureaucracy and hierarchy prevented growth at companies. I frequently remark now in my rare speeches some patterns about how companies treat current employees. Even though my predictions aged well, the institutions I worked alongside rejected my younger predictions (at their cost too). Recognizing that some of this is explained due to the contrarian nature of my predictions, I avoid most demographic projects now. I will seldom come to popular conclusions. In extremely rare circumstances, I will work with a firm on demographics. Even rarer, I sometimes speak about demographics.

I research other topics and speak on these topics. They exist outside this site, as they are not relevant to demographics.

I now work with the firm, SqlinSix.
